I want a mentor to teach me wholesaling, but I have no money for an expensive mentor. I have 3 rentals and a rehab that I haven’t been able to sell. I have some wholesaling material that I’m trying to learn, but because I have a full-time job, a five year old boy and twin 1 year old girls, I don’t have much time. I just received a list of 398 low-end houses in a hedge fund that are for sale. Do you think you could partner with me to wholesale these or just teach me wholesaling for one year whilst we split the profits 50/50?
