maestro you seemed intimadated of preston in your last the video you did together {why} because he is in too mma or just a blow hard come on teach the wholesaling and dont be a fool preston puts on a big show in front of a camera and probably is a punk so if you can walk the walk and you know teach the teach JUST DO IT SIGN ME UP

LOL maestro I was kidding about you and preston in my last comment and I know preston is big in the wholesaling business and that he mentored you so with that in mind those who really want to succeed at wholesaling MUST have a mentor just as donald trump did its a no brainer
as soon as I get my credit back from some of those other courses I have tryed no excuses no fear and no bs I will become a whole saler {with the help of a mentor}

I’m a huge fan of both u and Pre$ton, I love that you guys are successful but still believe in god and helping others. I have been saving up my money to enroll in prestons coaching program but I see that it doesn’t up very often. I was wondering if there is a way to enroll in your coaching program directly(I think your running both anyways). I have read a lot of books and been to boot camps but still dont feel empowered enough to go and do that first deal…I desperately need your help! Please give me the info to sign on for the program, I’m ready!

We partner for 12 months on all deals while you’re in the program. You and me. I teach everything I know about flipping houses, and it starts immediately. After one year, if you desire to stay in the program, we can talk about it then.

Hey.. can a foreigner wholesale houses there??? cause I’m planning to go there by 20 yrs old to meet my 2 Idols… You and Preston!! I’m just 16 now and from Philippines… I still have 4 yrs to do wholesaling here at the Philippines…

One difference is that I coach you directly. Preston has a support staff.
We have different commission splits, also. Mine is sliding, where his is
50-50, with option to leave after 5 deals. And the tuition is different,too,
I believe. Not sure what he chages these days, but I am currently offering
no money down, $249.95 a month.

and what area do you live or do business? I’m not sure is it’s tampa,florida …. there are lots of wholesale coaches there,,, like preston, cris chico ( he’s the one who teach me wholesaling basics, when I was just 15 yrs old ) , Than and many more…..

yes, a foreigner can wholesale houses here, but it will be difficult. It’s difficult
to wholesale in a different state, within the U.S. Not impossible, but difficult.
Better to be in the market you are flipping in. That way, you can get a feel
for the real estate market, you can see the houses you are flipping, and you
can get to know the buyers and sellers.
I do live in Tampa. Preston lives here, as does Kenny Rushing, Mike Collins,
Nathan Jurewicz, Pete the Ninja and Jason Medley. Chico lives in Ft Lauderdale/
S. Florida area down south. Than doesn’t live in FL, I don’t think.
Gonna be the best investing software ever made. I’ve seen the beta version,
and actually gave Pete and Andy some input on what I like in a program. I’ll
be marketing it come January…
