i have follow your teaching and learn alot. what i need help with is finding individuals who can supply some private funds to do deals and spilt the profits. anyone talks a good game but don’t want to get on field. that is all holding me back. if you know some one please let me know and i know god will bless you beyond your mends. thank you, god bless you

Andrew its easy to see through your rhetoric and posts that you are a man of truth and honesty. I go to the University of Tampa and am aspiring to create a real estate/equities empire and I think I could use your help. I know you have a busy schedule, but it would really be a blessing if I could somehow meet with you for coffee or lunch sometime and talk real estate. Any advice would help. Thanks.

It appears to me and others that you definitely have your priorities in order;
(1.) A Life Pleasing to God. (2.) Being a Good Husband and soon to be Father.
(3.) Using your Resources to Empower Others. (4. Positively impacting the ‘Less Fortunate’. Word for Word, you and I have the same ‘Mission Statement’. I consider
it an ‘Honor’ to be mentored by someone who is both ‘Honest’ and ‘Upright’ and is
not afraid to put ‘First’ things First! As a new ‘Wholesale Investor’ in South Florida,
I can learn a lot from a ‘Bold’ investor such as yourself. Continue to be Blessed and
keep up the ‘Excellent’ work.
