I’m a house flipping coach, mentor and guru. I am also a member of a faith-based non-profit, called Current, which is dedicated to using its resources to making better lives for those who are less fortunate.
Located in South Tampa, I work out of my home, and thoroughly enjoy the freedom and spoils God has given me. My purpose is to impact my students, my community and the world, by empowering individuals to make better lives for themselves, either through real estate investments, or other channels.
My goals in life are to 1) to live a life that is pleasing to God, 2) to be an incredible husband, and eventual father, 3) to use my resources to empower individuals on to success and 4) to positively impact the lives of the less fortunate.
If I accomplish all this, I will have lived a life of purpose.

I sure don’t, Rick. I wish you the best of luck, though. Lots of money in probates, as with all flips, if the deal is right. The key is having a handful of cash buyers. These are the players, Rick. Not the lookie-lou’s. But the real deal, cash paying, tons of property ownin’ players. They are there. You just need to find them…

Andrew its easy to see through your rhetoric and posts that you are a man of truth and honesty. I go to the University of Tampa and am aspiring to create a real estate/equities empire and I think I could use your help. what are the costs for this program?
i have follow your teaching and learn alot. what i need help with is finding individuals who can supply some private funds to do deals and spilt the profits. anyone talks a good game but don’t want to get on field. that is all holding me back. if you know some one please let me know and i know god will bless you beyond your mends. thank you, god bless you
